Strategic and functional, the Século XXI 17 building is positioned to the north of the Ribeiro Seco Bridge, ensuring an efficient connection between the highway (VR1), the Lido Bathing Complex and the city center.

Engilevel’s participation in this project, with the manufacture and installation of ventilated façades, has redefined the concept of housing, as well as contributing to improving urban mobility with the creation of a new public thoroughfare, connecting Rua Dr. Pita to Caminho da Fé.

Comprising 16 units, including 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and commercial stores, the building combines contemporary design with comfort. Each unit offers excellent sun exposure, balconies that capture panoramic views over the Port of Funchal and finishes that reflect quality and sophistication.
