Engilevel a eu l&rsquo;honneur de contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de ce projet, o\u00f9 les fa\u00e7ades ventil\u00e9es contribuent non seulement \u00e0 l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 du projet, mais mettent \u00e9galement en valeur son design contemporain. <\/p>\n<p>Divis\u00e9 entre une galerie commerciale au niveau de la rue et six \u00e9tages d\u00e9di\u00e9s au logement, le b\u00e2timent est transform\u00e9 en un espace multifonctionnel. Les zones r\u00e9sidentielles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ues comme une communaut\u00e9 ferm\u00e9e, avec de grands balcons et des espaces verts qui renforcent le concept d&rsquo;exclusivit\u00e9 et de
